You may apply for the required supplementary facilities and furniture items through My Page.
Please note that on-site applications may result in limited service availability and will incur an additional 10% charge, so we recommend submitting your requests in advance.
This service provides various supplementary facilities necessary for the exhibition, and the fees include installation and usage for the 3-day exhibition period.
For Raw Space exhibitors, please consult your contractor regarding the appropriate quantities for each item before applying.
To ensure smooth preparation and operation of the exhibition, please complete your applications within the designated deadlines.

Please refer to the furniture catalog and submit your request to the organizing office for any furniture or equipment needed for the display or demonstration of your exhibits.
