Exhibiting Process

  • How to Participate

    Submit the application form to the Secretariat
    and pay the50% deposit.
    (The contract is finalized upon receipt of the deposit.) Balance Payment: Please pay the remaining 50% balance and VAT by March 31, 2027.

  • Application period

    By March 31, 2027 Please contact to secretariat for inquiry after application period

  • Booth allocation

    Booth allocation will be decided by the secretariat in consideration of the booth size and contracts, and we will notify exhibitors. Exhibitors can not object to booth allocation and can not transfer the allocated exhibition area to a third party.

Shell Scheme USD 5,280/booth • Space + Basic booth scheme
Premium Scheme USD 6,240/booth • Space + Premium booth scheme
  • 1 Booth Size: 12㎡ (4m x 3m), and minimum requirement of Raw Space / Premium Scheme is 24㎡ , while Shell Scheme is 12㎡.
  • In case of Raw Space, Exhibitors are responsible for the design and construction of the stand, using COEX designated service providers.
